This install means a little more to us than most.
Josh joined Sparta Mech Ltd as our very first apprentice. Like anyone learning a trade, there have been highs, challenges, and plenty of lessons along the way — but that’s exactly what apprenticeships are about.
Now we’re seeing the results of that hard work.
This week Josh has been leading the install of a Stiebel Eltron air source heat pump system, retrofitted into a beautiful old cottage renovation. It’s not always the easiest type of project — older buildings require careful planning, tidy pipework, and a real attention to detail — and he’s delivered a really tidy bit of work.
Seeing one of the team step up, take pride in their installation, and stand back smiling at a job well done is exactly why we believe in investing in apprentices and giving people the opportunity to build a career in the trade.
We’re proud of the standards Josh is producing and the progress he’s made.
A big thanks as well to the customer for trusting Sparta Mech Ltd with their heating upgrade — this Stiebel Eltron system will give them efficient, low-carbon heating for years to come.
