As an MCS-certified installer, we understand the water side properly: heat-loss design, pipe sizing, flow rates, controls and commissioning. With F-Gas qualified engineers in-house, we also understand the refrigerant side — pressures, performance, recharging, compressors, PCBs and electrical controls.
So when a system isn’t performing correctly, we can look at the whole system, rather than passing it off as “a plumbing issue” or “a refrigeration issue”.
